After a wonderful 91 days in the Big Brother House, the housemates bid final adieu to Africa!.As Dillish wins the coveted price of $300 000.
Hours before the final show, housemates were a little anxious about tonight.
Cleo -
“I’m nervous and excited about tonight. It’s not just me though.
Everyone is beside themselves with excitement. We have all packed and
are taking in our last moments in the House. We don’t have any
speculations about tonight. Whatever happens, happens. As much as I want
to win, I feel like whoever takes it deserves it as much as I do. What I
will miss the most about my Big Brother experience is definitely
speaking to you Biggie. I will also miss being kept busy, as well as our
weird wake up calls. I will also miss my fellow Housemates, as well as
the Tasks. I would like to thank everyone that voted for me during my
stay here. Africa lets unite and stand up for what we believe in. I love
you all!”
Dillish - “I’m anxious and want to see how the night
unveils itself. I can’t wait to see the crowd, as well as familiar
faces. Everyone’s happy, but, as well as throughout my stay. We don’t
know what’s going to happen tonight. Are there going to be any
surprises? All we know is we’ll see the other Housemates who were
Evicted, as well as our families. I have learnt to be super patient and
to always take a step back in volatile situations. I will miss talking
to you Biggie. I will also miss the Tasks, the Party Zone, the treats,
as well as the punishments. I will never, ever forget this experience.
Thank you Africa for keeping me in the House. God bless you all.”
Beverly -
“I don’t know what to expect tonight. I’ve enjoyed every moment in this
House. The final week has been amazing, even though I was limping. I
don’t have any regrets about anything I did in this House because
whatever you saw is the real me. Every kind of Beverly – in one – came
out in this House. I’m honored to have been chosen to experience this.
You don’t understand how much this means to me. Being Swapped was
definitely a low moment. Another was when Bimp, Angelo and Nando left.
Every moment in this House has been incredible. I can’t pick out a
particular moment. Even sleeping in this House was fun! I would like to
thank everyone who has watched from Day 1. Thank you Africa. It’s your
prayers that brought me this far. Forward ever and backward never! I
can’t wait to make Africa proud.”
Elikem - “I feel like I’ve
played the game the best I could. I wouldn’t have done anything more or
anything less. I’m only human and of course I will make mistakes. I
think I lived up to my full potential during my stay in the House. Being
saved by Africa motivated me to play the game till the end, without a
doubt. I would like to thank Africa for having my back throughout. I
showed off my talents, my laziness, my serious nature, my fun side and
everything else in between. I showed off who I am during my Chase race.
My Strike was definitely my lowest moment. I should have been quiet the
whole time my altercation with Nando happened, because I was not brought
up that way. I was so disappointed in myself. In hindsight, I deserved
that Strike because I should have just kept quiet. My highest moment is
definitely being in the Top 5 and being the first Ghanaian to do so.
Thank you Africa for Saving me. In closing, I will say I’m definitely
overwhelmed by the entire experience. I have no words.”
Melvin -
“We’ve been waiting so long for this day and it’s finally here! The
anxiety is unexplainable. I’m trying to stay positive and strong. We’re
all getting ready and hoping for the best. The atmosphere in the House
is definitely bittersweet. We’re excited, but we’re also sad this is our
last day in the House. I’ve grown due to my experiences here in this
House. I will carry a lot of lessons to the outside world. I’ve learnt
you cannot please everybody and have also shared this with my fellow
Chasemates. I will miss my fellow Housemates, talking to you Biggie, as
well as the entire experience itself. My fellow Housemates are like
family to me. Thank you for affording me the opportunity to be a part of
The Chase. Also, thank you Africa for having my back. One love, one
blood, one Africa!”
